Welcome to linkinsoldiers.com — our mission is to deliver high-quality custom products that speak to your style, identity, and passion.
All of our items are made on demand and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printify. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and order support.
📬 Shipping Information
- Production time: Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days.
- Shipping time:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Europe (incl. Spain): 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on destination)
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
📦 Note: Orders may arrive in separate packages if they include items from different suppliers or warehouses.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we gladly replace or refund any items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Are defective
- Contain a printing error
- Are the wrong item (e.g., incorrect size or product)
📸 To request a replacement or refund, please email us at support@linkinsoldiers.com within 14 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and issue
We’ll resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Important Notes
- We do not offer returns for items that were misordered (e.g. wrong size or color). Please double-check the size guide before purchasing.
- Shipping delays caused by customs, weather, or local carriers are beyond our control.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.
